Senior chartering and post-fixture role covering dry cargo across the Black Sea, Mediterranean, and Danube — including active wartime operations in the Ukrainian trade lane. End-to-end responsibility from commercial fixture through final post-fixture reconciliation, with full ownership of freight cost modelling for steel exports and ore-import backhauls.

• Managed dry-bulk export and import programmes through Ukrainian Black Sea and Danube ports under active wartime conditions — active voyages every month
• Structured Capesize and Panamax backhaul liftings into Ukraine, converting return legs of ore-export tonnage into paid voyages
• Led the pivot to river, sea-river, and barge transport following the 2022 conflict to maintain supply chain continuity
• Owner relationships built on repeat fixtures — meaningful share of 2025 tonnage with returning counterparties
• Coordination with owners, charterers, port agents, and brokers across multi-port rotations
• Real-time monitoring of vessel positions, weather, and port schedules to pre-empt delays
• Veson IMOS — voyage estimation, position list, post-fixture reconciliation

Fixed and operationally managed up to 30 vessels per month for in-house steel and metallurgical cargoes. Voyage, TCT, and TC period fixtures across the full vessel size range.

• Detailed voyage analytics and freight cost modelling for CIF/CFR contracts
• Operational handovers between chartering, sales, and logistics teams
• Initiated the river / sea-river / barge transition following the 2022 conflict outbreak

Door-to-door delivery solutions for project and heavy-lift cargo. Heavy-lift vessel booking, transloading at ports, dry and wet chartering for voyage and period fixtures.

Independent post-fixture operations for a fleet of seven general cargo vessels (Sormovsky and Omskiy types, ~3,000 mt DWT each). Voyage orders, execution monitoring, port disbursements, bunker consumption, claims resolution.

Independently ran the dry cargo chartering and operations division — both commercial and operational. Fixed vessels for general and bulk cargoes up to Handysize, full pre- and post-fixture lifecycle, including involvement in S&P transactions alongside day-to-day fleet operations.
